I found a utility which blocks my IP location. It works, but access is even slower than before. Streaming video does not work at all (and the main reason I want it to work).
When I access my blogs, English is default (hurray) but posting is painful (dang). I will probably uninstall this utility if it is always this slow. And it just dropped me. Will try to save.
